This page contains all registration forms and detailed steps to sign up. All forms must be completed and full payment must be made to secure a spot in each tournament.

1. Download and fill out online registration forms that are listed below (a new form needs to be completed  & turned in with each tournament.

       *  Tournament Registration Form

       *  Player Registration & Consent Form

       *  Checklist & Submission Instructions​

2. Submit Forms

       *  All forms listed above must be emailed to viperselitebasketballinfo@gmail.com.

3.  Make a Payment

       *  Entry fee per tournament, per team is $400. 

       *  Fees are due 7 days before each tournament.

       *  Please use the payment button below to process the fees.

4.  Confirmation

​You will receive a confirmation email from viperselitebasketballinfo@gmail.com once we have​ received the registration forms and payment. Please note that teams are not officially registered until forms are completed and full payment has been received.
